Z.Z. Rowe had an adult daughter whose name was never revealed. She was supportive of her father and took him in after he lost his job and his wife left him. He contributed what he could to the household expenses from his truck stop dishwasher's salary.

One day while she was cleaning, she discovered the paraphernalia of his criminal identity as the "Computer Killer". She planned to notify the police, but was conflicted by loyalty to her father. The next she went to confront her father, but discovered that he had left and had taken his mask and shotgun with him. She called police headquarters and spoke with Sam Catchem, who came to her home and found Rowe's notebook. It confirmed the police's suspicions that Rowe's next target would be the First National Bank.

Z.Z. Rowe's daughter arrived at the bank shortly after her father was accidentally electrocuted. She was determined to remember her father as a good man who became a victim of circumstance.
