Rughead Nodle (first name unrevealed) was a criminal who operated in Dick Tracy's city. He was bald on the top of his head, a fact that he attempted to conceal by wearing a toupee. His hair was auburn-colored on the back and sides.

Rughead had heavy eyelids which often gave him the appearance of being bored or tired. He often smoked cigarettes using a long holder.

The Fur Racket Edit

Rughead was dealing in stolen fur coats, which was discovered by Rainbow Riley, Sparkle and Wingy Plenty. Dick Tracy investigated Rughead's hideout in disguise. Rughead and his underling Happy escaped following a shootout with police, and Rughead then ordered Happy to kill Tracy. Happy was killed in the attempt and Rughead fled to Mexico.

Rughead soon returned and sought revenge on Ned Noxx, his one-time fence. After robbing and killing Ned, Rughead was kidnapped by a former girlfriend named Mimi who wanted Noxx’s cash. Rughead tried to escape from Mimi when the police arrived. He was struck by a ricochet and was killed.
