George B. Vulcan was the wealthy husband of Mary Vulcan. He was bald, wore eyeglasses and used a hearing aid.
In 1936, George's wife arranged for him to be murdered by the professional killer known as Oodles. Oodles killed George and dumped the body in a bridge support that was being built in Dick Tracy's city.
In 1955 the body was later discovered and identified. Mary and Oodles were investigated.
