Image McImage was a tattoo artist. He had dark hair, thick eyebrows, and several tattoos.
He was hired by Spots to tattoo a pineapple on the ankle of Mrs. Spots. The pineapple tattoo was used to claim an orphaned Hawaiian child named Halakahiki and the large estate the child was to inherit.
McImage discovered the conspiracy after recognizing his tattoo in the newspaper and unsuccessfully tried to blackmail Spots and Ogden into paying him more money. Image was later brought in by Dick Tracy to identify the pineapple tattoo on the dead body of Mrs. Spots.
