"Dick Tracy's Dilemma" was a 1947 feature film released by RKO Pictures. It starred Ralph Byrd as the titular detective. It was directed by John Rawlins and produced by Herman Schlom. It was the third of 4 "Dick Tracy" feature films produced by RKO in the 1940s.

Plot Summary Edit

Dick Tracy must solve a series of bold robberies and murders with the aid of his partner Pat Patton. He killer known as The Claw is brought to justice.


  • This film marks the return of Ralph Byrd to the role of Dick Tracy. Byrd had previously played the detective in several serials in the 1930s and 1940s.
